The Resolza is the typical Sardinian folding knife, improperly called "Pattada" from the name of the town in the province of Sassari which represents its production center. Extrema Ratio wanted to pay homage to the most famous knife of the Italian tradition by mixing its original and traditional shape, with the most advanced techniques and materials.

The Dan model responds to a precise contemporary need: having a knife suitable for everyday life, which cannot be considered offensive. This makes it easy to open with one hand but without a lock.
Designed by Tommaso Rumici, it is our first sports lockable equipped with an Action Stopper® mechanism, now well-tested years after its debut. The system is therefore analogous to that used on the Britola and the Regional series: it opposes the right resistance to be safe in the general use, like the Swiss multipurpose, but is totally unsuitable for violent use.
The name, which hides the acronym "Daily assorted needs" to suggest the great versatility of this small lockable, is followed by a number that identifies the type of cutting edge.
