The Dragon EGG MK II is a 25+ liter backpack, suitable for both short patrol missions and larger EDC backpack use. It features three main compartments with zipper closures. The main compartment includes an internal compartment for using a hydration bladder and a mesh pocket. Additionally, it offers a central outlet for the hydration tube.

The back pocket features a padded sleeve that provides security for carrying wide-band radios or a laptop up to 15 inches. The front pocket of the Dragon EGG MK II has a zippered mesh pocket and an internal organizer for notes, GPS, writing tools, and other small essential items. The redesigned side pockets are equipped with expandable elastic bands to accommodate items of various sizes, such as a standard mess kit or a 1-liter Nalgene water bottle.

In terms of convenience, the backpack also offers a soft pocket with a zipper closure for glasses, mobile phones, etc. It features a Daisy chain webbing along the front panel seam for attaching carabiners or other accessories. The suspension of the Dragon EGG MK II is based on comfortable shoulder straps and internal reinforcements on the back. The belt is detachable and can be stored when not in use. Made of durable Cordura 500D nylon fabric with a water-repellent coating, the backpack also features the Combat Vent System (CVS), which provides enhanced comfort through contoured foam with air channels and a breathable mesh. This allows for ventilation on the back of the pack, reducing heat buildup and sweating, while the rigid foam ensures stability and comfort.
