Acceptance of the general conditions of sale

The contract stipulated between Digi Softair and the Customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance, even if only partial, of the order by Digi Softair. This acceptance is considered tacit, unless otherwise communicated to the Customer in any way. By placing an order in the various ways provided, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure, and to fully accept the general and payment conditions transcribed below.

If the Customer is a consumer, once the online purchase procedure has been completed, he will print or save an electronic copy and in any case keep these general conditions of sale, in compliance with the provisions of Articles. 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree 185/1999 on distance selling.

Any right of the Customer to compensation for damages or compensation is excluded, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and / or things, caused by the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.

How to purchase

We remind you that the shipping costs are charged to the recipient, unless otherwise agreed directly with the customer for particular reasons. Buying on the internet is an official purchase. If you intend to renounce the purchase you must notify us as soon as possible, and in any case no later than the date of shipment of the package. In case of your direct refusal of the package upon delivery you will be notified by email or telephone in order to complete the shipment.
If we do not receive an answer by phone or email within 10 days, we will return the shipment and you will be charged the full cost of the shipment as well as the cost of return to the sender and of the storage, according to the methods that will be communicated to you.

If a package is refused at the time of delivery, the shipping costs remain the responsibility of the ordering customer and will be calculated for the actual amount, moreover, the costs of return to the sender and storage will be added for a cost of € 17.00. more. Product returns

Any product returns must be agreed in advance and authorized with a return number (RMA).

Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to art. 64 et seq. of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, if the customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who buys the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not make the purchase by indicating in the notes of the order form to a reference to Partita VAT), has the right to withdraw from the cont

In case of payment by card, if the cancellation of the order is requested before shipment, 5% of the total amount will be charged to cover the costs incurred (other payment systems excluded)

    The shipment, up to the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer;

    In case of damage to the goods during transport, Digi Softair will notify the customer of the incident (within 5 working days from receipt of the goods in its warehouses), to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier he has chosen and obtain a refund. the value of the asset (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the customer for its return, at the same time canceling the request for withdrawal;

    Digi Softair is not responsible in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments;

Upon its arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not caused by transport. If the package and / or the original packaging are damaged, Digi Softair will deduct from the refund due a percentage, in any case not exceeding 10% of the same, as a contribution to the restoration costs.

Without prejudice to any repair costs for damage to the original packaging, Digi Softair will refund the customer the amount already paid for the purchase of the goods, within 14 days of his return, by means of a reversal of the amount charged to the card. Credit or by bank transfer. In the latter case, it will be the customer's responsibility to promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the reimbursement (IBAN code and Bank of the invoice holder)

. The right of withdrawal is totally lost, due to lack of the essential integrity of the goods (packaging and / or its contents), in cases where Digi Softair ascertains:

    The lack of the external packaging and / or the original internal packaging;

    The absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts, ...);

    Damage to the product for reasons other than its transport.

In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, the goods will remain at the Digi Softair headquarters, available to the Customer for collection at his expense.

. The credit in favor of the customer can be partial in the event that the goods have suffered a decrease in value, such as:

    Not diligent use of the product

    Even partial use of the goods and any consumables

    Packaging damaged or in any case not intact as received


. All products sold on Digi Softair are covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty and by the 24-month warranty for lack of conformity, pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02. The manufacturer's conventional warranty is provided in the manner illustrated in the documentation inside the product packaging and on the website To use the warranty, the Customer must keep the proof of purchase (or the DDT) he will receive. The exercise of the Warranty may include the request for assistance to the authorized assistance centers present in the area io and / or follow the procedures illustrated in the documentation inside the product packaging.

The manufacturer's conventional warranty is provided in the manner illustrated in the documentation inside the product packaging. If, following intervention by an Authorized Service Center, the defect is not covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty, the Customer will be charged for any verification and restoration costs required by the Authorized Service, as well as transport costs, if supported by Digi Softair.

The 24-month warranty pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/02 applies to products that have a lack of conformity, provided that the product is used correctly, in compliance with its intended use and as provided in the attached technical documentation. In the event of a lack of conformity, Digi Softair provides, at no cost to the Customer, to restore the conformity of the product by repairing / replacing or reducing the price, until the contract is terminated. If, following intervention by an Authorized Assistance Center, the defect does not result in a lack of conformity pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/05, the Customer will be charged for any costs of verification and restoration required by the Authorized Assistance, as well as transport costs if incurred by Digi Softair.

. The replacements in case of DOA (Dead On Arrival: product not working on delivery) take place only if expressly provided for by the manufacturer. The timing of replacement or repair of the product depends exclusively on the policies of the manufacturer.

. In the event that, for any reason, it is unable to return a product under warranty (restored or replaced) to its customer, Digi Softair may proceed at its discretion to refund the amount paid taking into account the use of the goods or to its replacement with a product of equal or superior characteristics.

. The timing of repair or replacement of the product depends exclusively on the manufacturer's policies and no damage can be requested from Digi Softair for any delays in carrying out repairs or replacements.

. In cases where the application of the guarantees provides for the return of the product, the goods must be returned by the Customer in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc ... ); to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend placing it in a second box; in all cases, the affixing of labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original product packaging should be avoided.

The Customer will be provided with an authorization number for the return of the product (RMA) which must be indicated on the outside of the packaging, following the instructions provided directly in the relative authorization e-mail.
