Steel Bevel gear made by MIM (Metal Injection Molding) process. The MIM process allows to obtain 99% of the strength of the metal machined from solid with tolerances of + / - 0.01 mm. Our gears are heat treated and super-finished to increase surface hardness and decrease friction during operation. The lightening present on the pieces have been designed to have the best smoothness and reduce vibrations during the firing cycle.
