• Material: Made from blued and pre-tempered carbon steel wire with added silicon and chromium EN10270 / 2, ensuring optimal resistance and durability.
• Stabilization: The spring is heat-treated at 400°C for 30 minutes immediately after formation, optimizing its lifespan.
• Design: Features variable pitch coils in the central and contact areas with the spring guide, and end grinding for optimal performance during compression.
