1. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the receipt of goods.
2. Please return the goods to us no later than 14 days after submitting this form.
3. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer.
4. We will refund the received payments, including shipping costs (at the cheapest rate), with the exception of ancillary expenses such as insurance, cash on delivery cost, packaging etc...
5. We will refund within 14 days of your withdrawal, but not before receiving the returned goods or proof of dispatch.

You can specify your choice in the notes of the request:

Shopping voucher: to be used on our e-commerce. It is issued quickly, within 24/48 working hours. Monetary refund: credited within 14 days from the moment in which we will receive and verify your package.

Note well: if you will not express any preference, we will automatically issue the shopping voucher. You will still be able to request its conversion into a refund at a later time, provided that it is within 14 days from the receipt of the package.

"We will issue your refund using the original payment method. If you paid via cash on delivery (COD), your refund will be processed by bank transfer."

ATTENTION: the products must be New and Unused (therefore not tested), including packaging, tags, and anything was included in the package, they must be returned exactly as they arrived.

Failure to meet any of the above conditions will void the return.
If the return has already been shipped to us, you will need to collect the product at your own expense from our store, either in person or by sending a courier to collect the package (collection must be made within 90 days; after this period, we will dispose of the item).
