It supports 69 LPD channels and 24 PMR446 channels with a declared range up to 10 kilometres, selectable high/low power and advanced features such as 9-level VOX, 5 selectable CALL tones, 38 CTCSS and 83 DCS codes for managing busy radio environments.

The unit features a backlit LCD, robust ABS housing and a 2-pin Midland accessory socket for pro headsets and microphones.
