Cylinder head made in CNC ERGAL with anti-vibration design, QUAD-RING of air seal for the cylinder, elongated spout for perfect air tightness and PAD in interchangeable rubber with 5 degrees of hardness to adapt to springs and R.O.F. diversified.
The rubber PADs present on all TopMax cylinder heads are interchangeable, and depending on the color they are recommended for springs and R.O.F. different. The PAD BLACK is pre-mounted on this cylinder head, recommended for R.O.F. from 30 to 40 bb / s and / or springs from 115 to 150 m / s (also tested with D.S.G. configurations). The rubber with which the PAD is made promotes the absorption of shocks and vibrations due to the impact of the piston, the thickness of the PAD is designed to ensure perfect A.O.E. (engagement angle) of the piston on the sector gear, and therefore avoid the use of shims under the piston head (also with a saving in weight and swing weight), the diameter of the PAD favors and helps the air tightness on the cylinder Finally, the innovative shape of the PAD together with the cone made on the body of the cylinder head, optimally conveys the air inside the elongated spout of the cylinder head, ensuring a faster and more precise flow of air.
The size and position of the housing holes guarantee perfect adhesion of the front stop of the cylinder head, made of rubber, on the plates of the GearBox. The millings made on the upper part of the cylinder head body reduce and mitigate the vibrations deriving from the impact of the piston and guarantee the drastic reduction / elimination of the risk of head breakage of the plates of the GearBox. The spout of the cylinder head has an external diameter of 4.70 mm, has a slight rounded tip for free sliding of the ball pusher and has a slightly longer length than other products on the market to help the pusher to slide as linearly as possible inside of the T-HopUp room.
The TopMax cylinder head is compatible with both GearBox V2 (such as M4, MP5, G3, Minimi), and with GearBox V3 (AK and similar). To obtain the maximum possible smoothness, we recommend coupling with TopMax pushers.
To mount the batting PAD we recommend using Loctite SuperAttack Gel or similar
