The Mozzetta di Guardiagrele by Giovanni “Nista” is a faithful artisan revival of a regional Italian form, designed without a point for safe everyday use while preserving functionality. Crafted in a small workshop, each knife reflects historical research and traditional techniques: selected stainless steel, hand-worked horn handle and a controlled heat treatment ensure robustness, easy re-sharpening and an authentic aesthetic. Every piece is finished and signed by the maker.
