The BLUE POWER piston head is made in DELRIN at the CNC on specific measures by TopMax Elaborazioni. The DELRIN structure makes this piston head reliable, long lasting and incredibly suitable for any type of configuration.
The BLUE POWER piston head is made with axial-internal anti-vacuum holes and radial outlet holes, which allow a better distribution of the air on the sealing O-RING, speeding up its expansion during the compression phase.
Compared to the RED POWER piston head, in BLUE POWER the size and position of the radial holes is further different to obtain greater aggressiveness in the compression phase of the O-RING while still maintaining stability, constancy and precision in the shot.

The shape of the front of the BLUE POWER piston head has been designed to further reduce the stress due to the impact with the PAD of the cylinder head also to R.O.F. high. The BLUE POWER head does not have the double sealing / centering O-RING, but has a small gap that decreases the contact surface with the inside of the cylinder, to minimize friction. The total height of the TopMax piston head is standardized to the size of the other piston heads on the market. The ERGAL and DELRIN insert for fixing the piston head on the piston is slightly shorter than the standard market size, in order to use the TopMax piston head on any piston on the market.

The BLUE POWER piston head has the narrowest compression chamber of the RED POWER one to have a faster compression opening time of the O-RING and to guarantee the full compression of the cylinder air volume almost instantaneously as soon as the 'O-RING surpasses the milling of the cylinder. In terms of air tightness and compression speed, the BLUE POWER head is one of the best performing piston heads on the market.

Usable on any configuration, from low-R.O.F. at high-R.O.F., we still recommend the use of the BLUE POWER head on high-R.O.F configurations with medium short internal barrels, in order to take advantage of the early compression that derives from the position of the anti-vacuum holes. The STRESS-TESTS carried out on the BLUE POWER piston head have been carried out with springs higher than those required by law, so the product will guarantee reliability and performance even with more demanding configurations. For maximum performance, we recommend pairing with the TopMax piston and cylinder head.
